Skillet Greek Chicken

A delicious greek chicken marinade and instructions for cooking chicken in a skillet for a golden crust and tender juicy interior.

Instructions

  • Place chicken between two sheets of plastic wrap, and using a meat mallet, pound chicken flat until even thickness is achieved.
  • Mix up Greek Chicken Marinade according to directions
  • Put chicken in a container or zip top bag, and cover chicken with marinade.
  • Let marinade 4-8 hours for optimal results
  • Remove from marinade, and pat chicken dry.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat
  • Place chicken into hot oil, and let it sit, do not move it, letting it cook for 5-7 minutes depending on thickness of chicken
  • Flip chicken ove and cook an additional 5-7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and internal temperature is 165 degrees.
  • Remove from pan, garnish with lemon if desired and enjoy!
