Grilled Greek Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 batch Greek Chicken Marinade
  • 2 Lbs Chicken breast
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Using the flat side of a meat mallet, pound the thickest parts of chicken to even thickness.
  • In a small mixing bowl whisk together the Greek Chicken Marinade.
  • Let chicken marinate for 2 hours, and up to 24 hours.
  • Remove chicken for marinade, pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Meanwhile, grease and preheat the grill to medium heat, 375-450°F.
  • Grill chicken undisturbed for 5-7 minutes per side, until an inserted thermometer reads 165 degrees F.
  • Remove chicken from grill and let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Sprinkle with lemon juice if desired
