Air Fryer Roasted Cauliflower
Air fryer roasted cauliflower, topped with parmesan and herbs and spice. This is the ideal side dish.
Servings: 4 people
- 4 cups chopped cauliflower
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl combine cauliflower with olive oil parsley, thyme, minced garlic, and salt.
Toss to combine and cauliflower is well coated.
Place cauliflower in air-fryer basket. Set air-fryer to 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Stir the cauliflower at 10 minutes, and add parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately, season with salt and pepper to taste.
