Sausage, Spinach,Ham and Egg Cups
These low carb Sausage, Spinach, Ham and Egg Cups are a delicious balanced keto breakfast option. Easy, quick, and as delicious as it sounds.
Servings: 12 egg cups
- 12 slices deli ham
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 12 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup spinach thinly sliced
- ½ cup sausage crumbles
- cooking spray
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Coat a 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
Press a slice of ham into each muffin well.
Divide the cheese evenly among the cups.
Crack an egg into each cup, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add spinach and sausage crumbles
Bake for 13-15 minutes or until yolks are at desired level of doneness.
