- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 12 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup spinach thinly sliced
- ½ cup sausage crumbles
- cooking spray

Press a slice of ham into each muffin well.
Divide the cheese evenly among the cups.
