Fried Chicken (Air Fryer + Oven)
Deliciously crispy skin; juicy, tender meat; this air fryer chicken is versatile and tastes like fried chicken but with much less fat.
Servings: 4 people
- 4 chicken thighs with bones and skin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel, then sprinkle with salt and pepper
Set air fryer to 350 degrees.
Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, making sure there is room between them.
Put basket into the air fryer, and close it. Then start the air fryer. Cook in air fryer for 18-22 minutes.
Flip chicken thighs at 10 minutes, and cook for additional 8 minutes.
Use a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chicken, cook until it reaches 165 degrees F.
