Key Lime Pie
Delicious and simple key lime pie that is creamy and the perfect combination of sweet and tart.
- 1 (9 incprepared graham cracker crust
- 28 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup key lime juice approx 20 key limes
- 1 tablespoon grated lime zest
- Whipped cream
- Lime slices
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, combine condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, and lime zest, and mix to incorporate.
Mix well and pour into Graham cracker crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. DO NOT BROWN!
Cool pie completely and chill in a refrigerator for at least a few hours before serving.
Garnish with lime slices and whipped cream
