Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper, or preheat pizza stone and brush with oil.
In large mixing bowl combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
Stir until combined. Then gradually add milk, softened butter, and olive oil.
Mix on low speed with a dough hook until a ball of dough forms. Or knead with hands until you reach a good consistency. (You want a consistency that is sticky but comes away from the sides of the mixing bowl cleanly)
Flour your work surface, a rolling pin, and your hands.
Remove dough from the mixing bowl, and pat down with flour,
Using a roll pin, roll dough out to about ¼ inch thickness and place on your baking sheet or pizza stone.
Miz together olive oil and garlic salt, and brush over the crust for extra flavor (optional)
Spread pizza sauce over crust, leaving a lip. Add cheese and other toppings.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted, andcrust is a golden brown.
Remove from oven, let cool slightly and enjoy!
