Blackberry Mint Mojito (Mocktail)

An amazing blackberry mint mojito that has been tested so it tastes great without the alcohol, but is a fun cocktail if you want to add vodka or rum!

Ingredients

Sugar Rim

  • 2 Limes zested
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 Tbs Mint Leaves chopped
  • Torani Sugar Free French Vanilla Syrup

Drink

  • 2 Blackberries
  • 2 Mint Leaves
  • ½ Lime squeezed
  • 3 ounces Ginger Beer
  • ½ ounce Torani Sugar Free French Vanilla Syrup
  • 2-4 ounces Sparkling Water
  • 1 ounce Vodka optional, if making a mocktail

Garnish

  • Skewer
  • 2 Blackberries
  • 1 Slice of Lime
  • 1 Mint Leaf

Instructions

  • In a food processor combine lime zest, sugar, and mint leaves, and pulse until finely chopped and combined.
  • In a shallow dish pour a few ounces of Torani Sugar Free French Vanilla Syrup, and in a separate shallow dish put sugar mixture.
  • Dip the rim of a 12 ounce glass into the Torani Sugar Free French Vanilla Syrup, and swirl it around the edges.
  • Now dip into the sugar mixture to create a sugar rim.
  • Add blackberries and torn mint leaves to the glass, and muddle.
  • Add ice cubes to the glass
  • Squeeze the juice from half a lime into the glass
  • Add 3 ounces of ginger beer, and ½ ounce of Torani Sugar Free French Vanilla Syrup. And vodka if adding it.
  • Stir to combine, then top glass off with sparkling water to taste.
  • Top with a fun blackberry, lime and mint skewer, and enjoy!
