Ingredients
Sauce:

ground ginger or fresh ginger

crushed red pepper flakes

apple juice

light brown sugar

apple cider vinegar

Other:

sugar snap peas

cut into match sticks

Instructions
Brown chicken, remove from heat
Mix sauce ingredients
Bring sauce to a boil, add in vegetables, stir fry 1-2 minutes
Add chicken back in
Wok for 1-2 minutes, coating chicken and veggies completely
Serve over rice
