Tartar Sauce

Homemade tartar sauce that is light, tart, perfect with fried fish, and absolutely delicious, plus super easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle relish or 3/4 cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh dill finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice fresh
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
  • Store in airtight container in fridge for up to 5 days.
