Tartar Sauce
Homemade tartar sauce that is light, tart, perfect with fried fish, and absolutely delicious, plus super easy to make.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup dill pickle relish or 3/4 cup finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 Tablespoon fresh dill finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice fresh
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon minced onion
