- 1/3 cup Maggi Sauce
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbs Gochujang
- 1 Tbs Minced Garlic
- 1 Lb Salmon Fillet
Marinate:
In a bowl or zip top bag, whisk together Maggi sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, and minced garlic.
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and generously coat them with the marinade.
Allow the salmon to marinate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to permeate the fish.
Smoker or Grill:
Smoke the salmon or grill it, pre-heat your grill to 450°F for roughly 15-20 minutes, until the thickest part of the salmon reaches 140°F, is cooked through and flakes easily.
