- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 lemon optional
- 8 oz Cool Whip or whipped cream
- 3 cups fresh strawberries hulled and chopped
- 2 cups fresh blueberries or blueberries and raspberries
- Mint and more fresh berries for garnish
Beat Cream Cheese Mixture:
