Chicken Parmesan Sandwich
These easy Chicken Parmesan Sandwiches are made with crispy breaded chicken, Texas toast, marinara, fresh mozzarella, and basil for a fast, cheesy, family-friendly dinner everyone will love.

- 4 lightly breaded chicken filets cooked according to package directions
- 8 pieces Texas toast cooked according to package directions
- 8 slices fresh mozzarella
- 4 tablespoons marinara
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil for garnish
Prepare the Texas Toast: Cook according to the package directions. When finished, switch your oven to Broil on HIGH and allow it to preheat.
Cook the Chicken: Follow the package instructions for the breaded chicken filets.
Assemble the Open-Faced Sandwiches
Spread 1 tablespoon of marinara on each piece of cooked Texas toast.
Add ½ tablespoon of parmesan cheese.
Place a cooked chicken filet on top.
Finish with 2 slices of fresh mozzarella on each and remaining parmesan cheese.
Broil Until Melty: Place the open-faced sandwiches under the broiler for 4–5 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
Add Fresh Basil & Top Them Off: Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh basil.
Place another piece of Texas toast on top to complete your sandwich.
