- 1 pound boneless pork chops
- 1 envelope ranch dressing mix
- 1 envelope mushroom gravy mix
- 10.5 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 yellow onion sliced
- 8 ounces white mushrooms sliced
Optional Gravy Thickener
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
In a large slow cooker, whisk together the mushroom gravy mix, ranch seasoning, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth until smooth.
Add the pork chops, nestling them into the gravy.
Top with the sliced onions and mushrooms.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
Carefully remove the pork chops and set aside.
Stir together the cornstarch and water until smooth. Whisk into the slow cooker and cook for 3–5 minutes, or until the gravy reaches your desired consistency.
Return the pork chops to the slow cooker and coat with the gravy.
Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
