- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 fresh jalapeños seeded and finely chopped
- ¼ cup pickled jalapeños diced
- 1 cup cooked bacon crumbled
- 1 ounce ranch dressing seasoning 1 packet
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded, divided
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
Prep the oven: Preheat to 350°F. Grease a 9x11 baking dish.
Mix the base: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Add the flavor: Stir in the fresh jalapeños, pickled jalapeños, bacon, ranch seasoning, 1 ½ cups of the cheddar cheese, and all of the mozzarella.
Assemble: Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup cheddar over the top.
