Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast boneless, skinless chicken breasts, about 4 pieces
  • 12.3 ounces pizza sauce of choice (Rao's)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 15 pepperoni slices 15-20, just cover the top of your chicken
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to season chicken

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Arrange the chicken in a baking dish and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Spoon pizza sauce evenly over each piece of chicken.
  • Top with cheese and pepperoni. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temp) and the cheese is melty and golden.
  • Serve and enjoy! Garnish with a little fresh basil or parsley if you’re feeling fancy.
