Raspberry Lemonade Spritz
- 2.5 cups lemon-lime soda
- 1.5 cups lemonade
- 4 ounces raspberry syrup Torani works great
Lemon Curd Cold Foam
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon curd
Step 1: Make the Lemon Curd Cold Foam
In a small bowl or jar, combine heavy cream and lemon curd.
Using a handheld frother, whisk, or mixer, whip until thickened but still pourable — similar to cold foam consistency.
Set aside.
Step 3: Add the Cold Foam
Use clear glasses.
The layered colors make this drink extra special.
Add the soda last if not serving immediately.
This keeps the bubbles lively and prevents the drink from going flat.
Don’t overwhip the foam.
You want it soft and pourable, not stiff like whipped cream.
Serve cold.
This drink shines when icy and refreshing.
