Honey Dijon Salmon

  • 1 1/2 lbs Salmon Fillets
  • 1 1/2 Tbs honey
  • 2 Tbs Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon to squeeze after cooked
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp fresh dill chopped fine


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  • Mix honey, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, and dill together to form sauce
  • Place salmon fillet on foil or parchment lined baking sheet
  • Slather honey mustard sauce on Salmon Fillet
  • Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes, until flakes with fork (depending on thickness of salmon)
  • Squeeze lemon over the top and serve
