  • 4 Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 1 Package Birds Eye Steamfresh® Protein Blends Asian Style
  • 1 cup spinach leaves washed
  • 1/2 cup prepared hummus
  • 4 Pita pockets also called salad pockets


  • Heat chicken in microwave according to package directions. Then cut into pieces
  • Heat protein blend veggies in microwave according to package directions.
  • Spread hummus on the inside of each pita
  • Fill with chicken, spinach, and veggie blend
  • Eat immediately and enjoy!
