Ingredients

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened

Instructions

  • In a large bowl use hand mixer to mix together peanut butter layer ingredients until well incorporated and creamy. I used my Hamilton Beach Hand Mixerthat I keep handy while in my kitchen because it has 6 attachments so one of them is perfect for whatever recipe I am working on.
