- 1 package Beyond Meat Italian Meatballs
- 2 cups marinara make your own, or buy a bottle
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 10 crusty french rolls sliced
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Open Beyond Meat Italian meatballs, and dump into a small pot and pour marinara over the top.
Turn on to medium-high heat, and keep an eye on it. You can stir it now and then, but not too much, you don't want to break up the meatballs.
Bring to a boil, then turn down to medium, and let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Preheat oven to Broil on high.
Slice crusty french rolls, and put 2 meatballs on each, spoon a little extra marinara over the top, and sprinkle on some cheese.
Broil 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted (watch close so it doesn't burn), then garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
