Cheesy BBQ Pork Cups
A delicious biscuit cup stuffed with Cheddar Kraft Natural Cheese and BBQ pork, then baked to perfection! Great for a holiday appetizer or a meal.
- 1 1/2 cans biscuit dough 12 biscuits
- 1 cup Cheddar Kraft Natural Shredded Cheese
- 1 cup BBQ shredded pork
- non-stick cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray a 12 cup muffin tray with non-stick cooking spray
Place one piece of biscuit dough in each cup, and press down the center
Sprinkle the bottom with Cheddar Kraft Natural Shredded Cheese
Use already prepared BBQ pork (I cooked mine in the slow cooker with some BBQ sauce) and put a heaping tbs into each cup. There are 16 tbs in a cup, and you want to evenly spread the cup of shredded pork across the 12 cups.
Sprinkle Cheddar Kraft Natural Shredded Cheese on top
Bake for 20-22 minutes until biscuits are golden and cheese is melted.
