Ingredients
Ultimate Hot Fudge Sauce
½cupbrown sugar
¼cupcocoa powder
¼cupunsalted butter
¼cupheavy cream or milk
1/2Tbsvanilla extract
a pinch of salt
Instructions
Stir brown sugar and cocoa powder together in a small bowl, and set aside.
In a small sauce pan, over medium-high heat, add unsalted butter and heavy whipping cream together, and bring to a soft boil.
Let boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in brown sugar and cocoa powder mixture and whisk until smooth.
Remove from heat, add vanilla and salt.
Whisk, and let sit a minute to thicken.

Notes
Heavy whipping cream is best, but this ultimate hot fudge sauce is also great with milk, so just make it! This hot fudge sauce will keep up to a week in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
