I am a realist and I know that I am not going to get a lot better at planning ahead, or time management, and I will always try to cram more into the day then I have hours for, which is why I wanted to come up with a solution to what to bring to a party that will both impress and be easy! As well as a way to feed my family before I go. This Brownie Lover’s Cheesecake with Ultimate Hot Fudge Sauce is my solution. Don’t worry, I will explain. But for now, just know that not only is it affordable, but easy to make, and totally delicious. And super convenient because I can keep almost everything I need for it in the freezer, making it something I have on hand for those last minute, run out the door, occasions.
So, what is my secret? Okay, it is not actually a secret, but it is so awesome I had to share. It is using America’s Choice® Creations products. - Start by making a recipe of the Ultimate Hot Fudge Sauce (Recipe Below).
- Pull your America’s Choice® Creations New York Style Cheesecake from the freezer
- Remove from packaging.
- Top with the hot fudge sauce, and make it decadent and indulgent with the Peanut Butter Truffle Brownie, Pecan Caramel Brownie Cookies, and Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Ultimate Hot Fudge Sauce
Ingredients
Ultimate Hot Fudge Sauce
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- ¼ cup heavy cream or milk
- 1/2 Tbs vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
Instructions
- Stir brown sugar and cocoa powder together in a small bowl, and set aside.
- In a small sauce pan, over medium-high heat, add unsalted butter and heavy whipping cream together, and bring to a soft boil.
- Let boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in brown sugar and cocoa powder mixture and whisk until smooth.
- Remove from heat, add vanilla and salt.
- Whisk, and let sit a minute to thicken.
- Enjoy!
Notes
This hot fudge sauce will keep up to a week in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
