Salad
- 5 cups Orzo Pasta cooked
- 1 cup Grape tomatoes sliced
- 1 cup Cucumber sliced
- 1/2 cup Red Onion diced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives sliced
- 1/2 cup Green Olives sliced
- 2 cups Greek Chicken diced
Dressing
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Dill
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Add orzo to a large salad bowl
Top with chicken, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, and olives
Mix dressing ingredients together and drizzle over the top
Toss salad and serve
