Ingredients

Salad

  • 5 cups Orzo Pasta cooked
  • 1 cup Grape tomatoes sliced
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion diced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives sliced
  • 1/2 cup Green Olives sliced
  • 2 cups Greek Chicken diced

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Dill
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Add orzo to a large salad bowl
  • Top with chicken, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, and olives
  • Mix dressing ingredients together and drizzle over the top
  • Toss salad and serve
