Ingredients

  • 32 ounces meatballs
  • 1 ounce ranch dressing seasoning 1 packet
  • 1 ounce au jus gravy mix 1 packet
  • 8 ounces pepperoncini with the juice
  • 2 cups beef stock

Instructions

  • Add everything to the slow cooker: Pour the meatballs into the slow cooker. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus mix over the top. Add the pepperoncini along with their juice, then pour in the beef stock.
  • Mix well: Stir to coat the meatballs evenly in all that bold seasoning.
  • Cook: Low: 6–8 hours, High: 3–4 hours, The meatballs will absorb the flavors and become tender and saucy.
  • Serve: Spoon over mashed potatoes, rice, egg noodles, or enjoy as a hearty appetizer.

Notes

For a saucier meatball, use 3 cups of beef broth.
If concerned about sodium, use low sodium options.
