- 2 pounds beef sirloin cut into thin strips
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cup beef broth
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 14.5 ounces stewed tomatoes with liquid
- ½ yellow onion sliced
- 2 large green bell peppers sliced
- Pepper to taste
Thinly slice beef, peppers, and onions
Add beef broth, soy sauce, garlic powder, sugar, salt, and cornstarch to the crock, and whisk together.
Add in stewed tomatoes, onions, peppers, and beef.
Stir well to mix everything up.
Cover, and cook on High for 3 to 4 hours, or on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
