Hoison BBQ Pork Ribs Sous Vide
Sweet and tangy hoison bbq sauce with moist, tender, pork ribs. Only 5 minutes of prep and you get an amazing meal that is fall off the bones tender!

- 2-3 lbs bone in Country Style Pork Ribs
In Bag
- 2 Tbs Hoison
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tbs Coriander
- 1/2 Tbs Cumin
- 1 Tbs garlic powder
- 2 Tbs Honey
- 1 tsp Sriracha
Sauce
- 1 cup BBQ sauce of choice
- 2 Tbs Hoison
Set SousVide oven to 136 degrees F
In a bowl mix together the "in bag" ingredients
Place ribs in bag (or bags), and spoon sauce over the top until coated
Seal bags using vacuum sealer.
Place in prepared oven and let cook for 24-40 hours
Remove from water oven, and in a hot fry pan with 1 Tbs oil, sear the sides of the ribs (optional)
Mix together favorite BBQ sauce and hoison, and spoon over the top and serve warm
