Hoison BBQ Pork Ribs Sous Vide

Sweet and tangy hoison bbq sauce with moist, tender, pork ribs. Only 5 minutes of prep and you get an amazing meal that is fall off the bones tender!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs bone in Country Style Pork Ribs

In Bag

  • 2 Tbs Hoison
  • 2 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tbs Coriander
  • 1/2 Tbs Cumin
  • 1 Tbs garlic powder
  • 2 Tbs Honey
  • 1 tsp Sriracha

Sauce

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce of choice
  • 2 Tbs Hoison

To Sear

  • 1 Tbs oil

Instructions

  • Set SousVide oven to 136 degrees F
  • In a bowl mix together the "in bag" ingredients
  • Place ribs in bag (or bags), and spoon sauce over the top until coated
  • Seal bags using vacuum sealer.
  • Place in prepared oven and let cook for 24-40 hours
  • Remove from water oven, and in a hot fry pan with 1 Tbs oil, sear the sides of the ribs (optional)
  • Mix together favorite BBQ sauce and hoison, and spoon over the top and serve warm
