Easy 5-minute Strawberry Chia Jam
A super easy to make strawberry chia seed jam that is raw, healthy, and has no preservatives, added sugar, or bad for you junk!
- 3 Tbs chia seeds
- 1 lb fresh strawberries
- 1 Tbs natural sweetener raw honey *optional
- 10 drops lemon essential oil
Put strawberries, sweetener, and chia seed in a food processor and process for approximately 60 seconds.
Put chia jam in a jar and refrigerate 5-25 minutes until desired consistency is reached
Use within 3-5 days as there is no preservative in this jam
