Cottage Cheese Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries/blueberries blend
  • 1 tbs maple syrup optional
  • up to 1/4 cup liquid of choice apple juice, almond milk, milk, optional

Instructions

  • Put your cottage cheese, banana, frozen berries, and maple syrup into a high powered blender, and blend until smooth.
  • Add liquid slowly to blender as desired to achieve the consistency you want for your smoothie bowl. It is possible you won't need any liquid at all, so start small.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour smoothie into two bowls, and top with the toppings of your choice.
