Ingredients
1cupcottage cheese
1ripe banana
1cupfrozen strawberries
1cupfrozen raspberries/blueberries blend
1tbsmaple syrupoptional
up to 1/4 cup liquid of choiceapple juice, almond milk, milk, optional
Instructions
Put your cottage cheese, banana, frozen berries, and maple syrup into a high powered blender, and blend until smooth.
Add liquid slowly to blender as desired to achieve the consistency you want for your smoothie bowl. It is possible you won't need any liquid at all, so start small.
Blend until smooth.
Pour smoothie into two bowls, and top with the toppings of your choice.
