- 4 chicken breasts 5–6 oz each
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
Simple Seasoning Blend
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for heat
Season both sides.
Place chicken on baking sheet
Drizzle with olive oil and rub to coat.
Sprinkle generously with seasoning.
Flip, repeat oil and seasoning on the other side.
Bake
Bake for 16–20 minutes, depending on thickness, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Rest 3–5 minutes, then serve or slice.
