- 2 cups rotisserie chicken shredded
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce adjust to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce washed and chopped
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing
- Optional: sliced celery shredded carrots, or extra blue cheese crumbles
Prepare the chicken: In a medium bowl, toss shredded rotisserie chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
Assemble the wrap: Lay out a tortilla and layer romaine lettuce down the center. Top with buffalo chicken and drizzle with blue cheese dressing.
