Ingredients

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken shredded
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce adjust to taste
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce washed and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing
  • Optional: sliced celery shredded carrots, or extra blue cheese crumbles

Instructions

  • Prepare the chicken: In a medium bowl, toss shredded rotisserie chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  • Assemble the wrap: Lay out a tortilla and layer romaine lettuce down the center. Top with buffalo chicken and drizzle with blue cheese dressing.
