Ingredients

Sliders

  • 24 Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 8 oz turkey
  • 8 oz ham
  • 8 oz roast beef
  • 8 slices Swiss or provolone
  • 8 slices cheddar or Colby Jack

Butter Topping

  • 6 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp parsley dried
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch dish.
  • Slice rolls in half horizontally and place bottom half in dish.
  • Layer turkey, ham, roast beef, and cheese.
  • Replace tops.
  • Whisk together butter topping ingredients and brush over rolls.
  • Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake 5–8 minutes more until golden and melty.
  • Rest 5 minutes, slice, and serve.
  • Optional: Top with bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, etc.
