Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless (about 6 ounce each)
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing of choice
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups croutons
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 6 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer in the dish.
  • Mix together Caesar dressing, sour cream, and parmesan cheese in a bowl, then spread evenly over the chicken.
  • In a bowl or bag, crush croutons then toss with melted butter.
  • Sprinkle crouton mixture over chicken.
  • Top with provolone cheese slices.
  • Bake uncovered for 18–24minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F internally.
  • Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
