6largeAvocados From Mexicopeeled and pitted and smashed with a fork.
1limejuiced
1/2teaspoonsaltkosher
Guacamole #1
1/2cup guacamole base
Pinchsalt
Pinchof pepper
1Tbsbacon bits
2Tbscorn kernels
1Tbscotija or feta cheese
1/2tspchopped cilantro
Squeeze of a lime
1/4tsp Minced Garlic
Guacamole #2:
1/2cupguacamole base
Pinchof salt
1tspcilantro chopped fine
1/2tbsred onion
1Tbstomatoescut fine
Squeeze of a limeas needed
Guacamole #3:
1/2cupguacamole base
1tbsorange bell pepper

Instructions
Create your base of mashed avocado by cutting the avocados in half, removing the pit, and peeling. Then mash with a fork. Squeeze one lime over the top, and stir in the salt. Then set aside.
Combine the mix-ins with the guacamole base to make the guacamole of your choice.
Serve with chips and enjoy!
Notes
Because you will be adding things like onions and cilantro with each recipe, they are not needed for the guacamole base.
