  • 1 bag of frozen bread dough or 12 count dinner roll dough 12 count
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks drained
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 lb mozzarella cheese shredded or sliced
  • 2 Tbs butter melted
  • 1 Tbs garlic seasoning

Instructions

  • Thaw and Rise the Dough: Take the dinner rolls out of the package, spray with non-stick spray, cover, and let thaw and rise for about 2-3 hours. (Tip: Pull them out at lunchtime so they’re ready by dinner.)

  • Roll and Seal: Roll the dough into a long log, pressing to seal the seam. Brush melted butter over the top and sprinkle with garlic seasoning.
  • Bake: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the stromboli for 40 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve: Cut into even slices and serve with additional marinara sauce for dipping.
