Thaw and Rise the Dough: Take the dinner rolls out of the package, spray with non-stick spray, cover, and let thaw and rise for about 2-3 hours. (Tip: Pull them out at lunchtime so they’re ready by dinner.)
Prepare the Dough: Smush all the rolls together to form one big batch of dough. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough flat into a rectangle shape.
Layer the Fillings: Spread a layer of marinara sauce over the dough, leaving about an inch on either side. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese, followed by diced ham and pineapple chunks.
Roll and Seal: Roll the dough into a long log, pressing to seal the seam. Brush melted butter over the top and sprinkle with garlic seasoning.
Bake: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the stromboli for 40 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve: Cut into even slices and serve with additional marinara sauce for dipping.
