Creamy Cucumber Salad
Creamy Cucumber Salad with KRAFT Avocado Oil Mayo, garden fresh cucumbers, dill weed and more. This creamy salad is the perfect BBQ side dish.
- 2 medium-large English Cucumbers
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 2 Tbs White Vinegar
- 2 Tbs Fresh Dill Weed
- 1 Tbs White Sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp fresh ground pepper
- ¾ cup Kraft Avocado Oil Mayo
Cut cucumbers lengthwise.
Using a small spoon, scrape the seeds out of the middle.
Now chop cucumbers into smaller pieces
Toss with salt
Lay out flat on a baking sheet, with a paper towel under the cucumbers, and let sit for 30 mins to an hour. This will help draw out moisture.
Meanwhile, mix together sauce by combining all sauce ingredients into a large bowl, and whisking until smooth.
After the allotted time, take an additional paper towel, and blot the cucumbers dry.
Put cucumbers in large bowl with sauce, and stir to coat evenly.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve in a pretty Summer Bowl
