- 1 lb ground turkey or beef
- 1 cans Prepared Pizza Crust 13.8 ounce cans
- 1 can Manwich Bold Sauce or homemade sloppy joe sauce
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- Optional toppings: Lettuce tomato, sour cream, pickle chips, and avocado
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Spray cooking sheet with non-stick spray or line with parchment.
In a large skillet, cook and brown beef or turkey until no longer pink. Drain excess fat off ground meat, add the sloppy joe sauce, and simmer 3-5 more minutes.
Prepare the Crust: Roll out the prepared pizza crust into a rectangle on a floured surface.
Top with Mixture: Spread the Sloppy Joe mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the Sloppy Joe mixture.
Roll and Slice: Starting from one long edge, carefully roll the crust into a tight log. Slice into 1-inch pieces and place them cut-side up on a greased baking sheet.
Bake: Brush the tops of the rolls with a little olive oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Serve: Remove from oven, top with desired toppings, and enjoy!
