Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds chicken breasts

Sauce

  • ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, or your slow cooker crock, stir soy sauce, honey, olive oil, and garlic until well combined.
  • Trim and clean up chicken breasts, and place in the crock of the slow cooker. Pour sauce over the chicken.
  • Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, or until the chicken easily falls apart and is cooked through.
  • Shred, then serve over cooked rice. Drizzle with extra sauce if desired and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
