Slow Cooker Steak Bites

These Slow Cooker Steak Bites are melt-in-your-mouth tender, buttery, and full of flavor. A dump-and-go recipe that’s perfect over mashed potatoes, noodles, or rice!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds round steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 ounce packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1 ounce packet au jus mix
  • 1 small yellow onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 14.5 ounces unsalted beef stock
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter thinly sliced
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Place bite size pieces of round steak into the crockpot liner, add onion, garlic, and then sprinkle Italian dressing mix and au just seasoning packets over the top.
  • Add beef stock, and stir to combine
  • Dot top with unsalted butter, cover with lid.
  • Cook on low 6-8 hours, or on high 3-4 hours
  • Serve over mashed potatoes, egg noodles, or rice.
  • Garnish with parsley if desired
