- 2-3 pounds round steak cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 ounce packet Italian dressing mix
- 1 ounce packet au jus mix
- 1 small yellow onion thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 14.5 ounces unsalted beef stock
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter thinly sliced
- Parsley for garnish
Place bite size pieces of round steak into the crockpot liner, add onion, garlic, and then sprinkle Italian dressing mix and au just seasoning packets over the top.
Add beef stock, and stir to combine
Dot top with unsalted butter, cover with lid.
Cook on low 6-8 hours, or on high 3-4 hours
Serve over mashed potatoes, egg noodles, or rice.
Garnish with parsley if desired
