Strawberry Feta Spinach Salad
The perfect simple spinach salad side, complete with juicy berries, crunchy almonds, and flavorful feta and the most delicious homemade dressing.

Ingredients

bag baby spinach

cup
sliced strawberries
or other fresh berries
1/4
cup
almond slivers or pecan pieces
1/4
cup
feta crumbles
Dressing
2
tablespoons
toasted sesame seeds

tablespoon
poppy seeds
1/3
cup
white sugar
1/2
cup
olive oil
1/4
cup
balsamic vinegar
1/4
teaspoon
paprika
1/4
teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce

tablespoon
minced red onion
Instructions
Whisk dressing ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.
Cover, and chill in the fridge for at minimum one hour.
About 5-10 minutes before serving, toss spinach, strawberries, almonds, feta, together in a large bowl.
Top with chilled dressing and toss again.
Notes
Only make as much as you will eat, this does not keep well.
Toss in dressing only a few minutes before eating, as the spinach can wilt and get soggy.
