- 4-6 cups of Kale shredded
- 1/2 cup sliced Kumquats
- 1 chicken breast grilled and chunked I used Zesty Chicken Marinade
- 1 cup edamame
- 3 hard boiled eggs chunked
- 3 red sweet mini peppers
- Kumquat salad dressing
Cook your
chicken and chunk it up
Slice your mini peppers, kumquats, and eggs, and get your edamame out
Mix the kale with toppings and add in salad dressing
Toss and serve!
