Frozen drinks are my jam! Seriously. I don’t drink alcohol, but a good alcohol-free frozen drink is not going to go to waste at my house! Especially during those hot summer months. I love a good Raspberry Punch, or Blood Orange Punch, or a Smoothie! I mean, what is not to love about something frozen, and hydrating? Right?

Right now my favorite is this Pineapple Cooler. It is so easy to make and mix things up, and offers an immune boost too! Check out my latest video showing how easy it is to make 2 of my favorite frozen drinks:

Don’t you just love lazy days of summer, even when they are not so lazy? I know I do. But sometimes all that running around leaves me exhausted, and on the edge of getting sick. There is nothing worse than getting a head cold in the summer. Absolutely miserable. I mean, who wants to be sick when there is so much fun to be had?

What is worse for me is when my kids get sick! I try to be a minimalist in the summer, and take as little as I can when we go out. Having to remember things like tissue for runny noses does not fly. No way!

Pineapple Coolers and Raspberry Refreshers, a refreshing tropical drink, with an immune boosting Emergen-C I know I am not alone in feeling this way. Do you like the sniffles in the summer? Luckily there are things you can do! Like support your immune system, and make sure you stay hydrated. You will love these Pineapple Coolers and Raspberry Refreshers because they taste like a million bucks, and have Emergen-C to help with an immune boost.

Emergen-C is able to help enhance energy because it offers  7 B vitamins, but no caffeine. And you get immune support from the Vitamin C, it has as much as 10 oranges. This mamma needs that big time! Hydration and immune support in one tasty package. Win-win! I just picked mine up at my local Walgreens!

Plus they are pretty and fun! I like sipping them pool side. I love making them in the morning before we head out to play. Or after we get back from a bike ride, a hike, or a day spent in the sun. My kids and I both love a fun, flavorful, frozen drinks. And I love knowing I can enjoy some flavor and hydrate while supporting my immune system! We all know how important it is for kids to hydrate, but don’t forget about adults too!

Enough about me, and why I love frozen drinks, make them with this recipe, try for yourself. I am pretty sure you will be converted! The fresh summery flavors, the ease of making them, and all the benefits make these the perfect go-to option for flavorful summer hydration!

Pineapple coolers are the perfect summer drink, they are so refreshing and cool! This pineapple cooler…there are not enough words to explain my love. I have tried it many ways. Below is the recipe from the video. I also made it with half a banana, a cup of frozen mango chunks, a cup of pineapple, 1/2 cup pineapple juice, 1 cup water, ice, and 2 packs of Coconut Pineapple Emergen-C and it rocked! So if you hate coconut milk or something, try the option I just mentioned. It is yum.

Head to Walgreens and pick up some Emergen-C so you too can support your immune system while hydrating in a flavorful fun way. During the month of June at Walgreens, if you buy 1 Emergen-C 30 ct, you get 1 Dasani 1 Liter FREE. How great is that? Dasani is one of my favorite bottled waters, and the 1 Liter size is perfect for a long day away from home.

I love emergen-C but sometimes it’s kind of boring to just drink straight out of the pack mixed with water. I would have never thought to make it a frozen drink. Perfect for summer!

I managed to catch a cold on a recent plane trip. It took two days to feel normal again. I wish I’d thought of a pineapple cooler!

These both sound perfect for the hot summer weather, though I would lean more towards the raspberry refresher as I’m definitely a berry kind of gal! Sharing on Pinterest- I know our readers will love these too!
