An easy breakfast smoothie, or anytime smoothie that uses mango, coconut, and pineapple!
I pretty much drink a smoothie every morning. I usually like to throw in chia seed and spinach, so when I don’t it is like a real treat. Not that chia seed and spinach make the smoothies gross, they don’t! But there is something about not putting the “healthy” stuff in that makes it feel like I am spoiling myself.
This is my favorite way to spoil myself

I should really try this to help reduce my blood pressure but I’m not a fan of Pina’ Colada. I wonder if it would have the same effect without coconut? I have recently started making my own shakes so maybe I could try the recipe without coconut. Thanks for sharing!
Emilee says
Looks good! Just sprinkle it with some chia seeds now! Thanks for the recipe!

Rachael, not a big fan of Mango myself, more of a Stawberry and Banana type of smoothie person. I’m sure it tasty though. Stay classy!
