An easy, tasty, treat that only has 3 ingredients! Oreo Pudding Pops!

Oreo Pudding Pops

One of the biggest tragedies of my adult life was the day I discovered my children don’t like pudding! (Ok, I exaggerate), but seriously, we were making one of our Halloween count down food items, a Frankenstein Pudding Cup, and while my kids had a blast making the Frankensteins, they did not really eat them. Well..my oldest two anyway. My youngest will eat anything with sugar.

Oreo Pudding PopLong story short, I had some pudding, you know, the instant kind, and wanted to get it used, but the kids won’t eat it the traditional way. So I made it into pudding pops. It is partially my way of using what we have on hand, and partially my way of making sure we hold on to the beauty of summer. You know, the beauty of being able to eat something cold, creamy, and tasty! Without shivering.

Oreo Pudding Popsicle

So let’s get back to these amazing pops! They are about as eazy peazy to make as anything ever could be. They take only a few moments, and 3 ingredients: milk, instant pudding, and Oreos!

pudding pop OreoGet your Oreos, put them in a bowl, and mash them up into smaller pieces. Then mix up the instant pudding according to the box directions. The kind I used was just 2 cups of milk with the instant pudding, and you whisk for about 5 minutes.  Then I just poured them into a popsicle mold, layered with Oreos.

Jello Pudding popPop them in the freezer and enjoy! My kids loved them! So now I know how to use pudding so my family will enjoy it.
