I have been seriously debating including this “recipe” on my site because it is not even really a recipe, per say. It is just so easy. But since my whole site purpose is eazy peazy, and I know you will love it and your taste buds will do a happy dance, I got over myself, and here it is. The easiest salmon you will ever make, and so packed with flavor!

baked salmon

The pictures are not beautiful, but the flavor really is. There is just something about the combination of the salmon and sweet chili and then the lime that made my mouth very, very, happy!

It really is that simple, and that tasty. I serve it with zucchini noodles I made with a Tri-Blade Spiral Vegetable Slicer.

What a delicious looking recipe! Salmon lends itself very well to sweet and spicy accents. It’s got firm flesh, and it’s flavor is strong enough to not be overpowered by spices.
