Thin Mint Brownies
Your favorite Girl Scout® cookies in brownie form. Rich chocolate brownies with hints of mint, and from a mix making it perfect for cooking with kids!
Ummm you guys, have you seen these yet? Holy Crap, I am in so much trouble. It is one thing to only be able to buy cookies once a year for a few weeks. I LOVE Girl Scout® cookies, and seriously had to start carrying some cash just so I could buy the boxes from the cute little girl scouts. But in general, cookies aren’t my thing. Brownies on the other hand…pass me the fat pants! Imma gunna need ‘em! Especially for those yummy edge pieces. Mmmmm
We all have our favorite Girl Scout® cookies, and my two favorites are the Thin Mints®. So when I saw these Pillsbury™ Girl Scouts® Baking Mixes at Walmart, I knew I had to try them.
My kids absolutely love getting in the kitchen and baking with me. But I have to be totally honest, I am not always the most patient when it comes to cooking together with my kids. So many messes and everything takes so much longer. But I want to send my kids out into the world with skills, especially cooking skills. I love using mixes when working with my kids because it speeds things along, but gives them a chance to stretch their wings a little.
It helps that these Pillsbury™ Girl Scouts® Baking Mixes are easy to use, come out perfect, and are delicious! They come in Thin Mints® and Caramel & Coconut inspired flavors, in cupcakes, brownies and blondies. Pillsbury™ Girl Scouts® Baking Mixes contain no colors, preservatives, or artificial flavors. So the recipe is this: BUY A BOX, and MIX ACCORDING to PACKAGE DIRECTIONS!
I realize this is not what you are used to from me, but sometimes the boxed mix is totally the way to go, and after an insanely busy summer, I can’t think of any better way to spend time with my kids having fun creating delicious food the easy peasy way!
