I am a HUGE holiday enthusiast. Like the biggest ever! I pretty much celebrate everything. So when St. Patrick’s Day comes, I can’t help myself. I have to do the whole corned beef and cabbage thing, soda bread, and lots of green and rainbows. So I teamed up with some of my favorite blogger friends to bring you guys this awesome collection of 10 St. Patrick’s Day recipes.
We have everything you need, from breakfast and corned beef hash to bread to dessert, and everything in between…even amazing onion rings! You will have a fantastic holiday, and I highly recommend the rainbow cake. My kids really loved it, and it is far easier to make than it looks.
