Fresh, zingy, flavorful frozen Blueberry, Coconut, Peach Lemonade will help you hold on to summer, even when it is over!
Summer is basically over, which means I no longer need to look swimsuit ready. Right? Just because I won’t be spending as much time at the pool doesn’t mean I want to give up on those better choices, and end up looking and feeling terrible for the holiday season.
I have found in my life, living better is not usually about big drastic changes, but rather simple solutions, like skipping the drive thru line for a giant soda, adding in fresh foods, and better for me food and drink options.
I love drinks. I am the kind of person who, on most days, would rather drink than eat my calories. I am a regular at the Fiiz drive thru, and I love a good frozen drink.
So today I decided I wanted to make a frozen drink that is made with real, natural ingredients, and that is super yummy, and has me excited and willing to skip the caffeine fix, and instead indulge in something that is both delicious and better for me.
I was in Walmart, and was perusing the beverage aisle, I wanted to find some fun options to try out and experiment in the kitchen with. I knew I wanted a super flavorful frozen lemonade! And I knew it could not be too much work for me, or I would never make it. So I bought Diet Peach Snapple, Vita Coco Pure, and Brasilia Bluberry Bai5, some lemons, and some frozen blueberries!
Then I went to the kitchen, and experimented.
You guys! This was the result! An antioxidant rich, flavor packed, super tasty frozen drink! I’m telling you, it is a winner! And speaking of winners, you could win a $50 Walmart Gift Card and $150 Fitness Trackers by entering the sweepstakes at the bottom of this post!
But we will get back to that. First, let’s discuss this yummy goodness! It is so easy to make, just mixed a cup of each of the drinks with ice, frozen blueberries, and some lemons! Then blend.
Look at this gorgeous drink! And it is so tasty. It is tart with the lemon, has a hint of sweetness, and a rich blueberry flavor with underlying hints of coconut! It is so fresh and delicious. I used a sweet baby lemon, so there was no need to add sweetener, but if your lemons are too sour, you may need some. Taste it and determine based on your preference.
