Okay, this sandwich was delicious. It has all of the elements that make a delightful sandwich. I cooked it on a griddle, and layered it with a bunch of yummy ingredients. I ate it for a late night, second dinner, but it would make a perfect breakfast, lunch, dinner, or anytime meal. Yummy!
Fried Egg and Avocado BLT with CheesePrint Pin Rate
- 4 pieces of bread
- 2 eggs
- 6 pieces of bacon
- 2 pieces of munster cheese
- 1 large tomato sliced
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 avocado
- Cook your eggs and bacon
- Butter your bread on one side
- Cook butter side down on griddle to toast.
- Layer on cheese, fried egg, bacon, tomato slices, avocado, and lettuce
- Top with second piece of toasted bread
